Uh, so hey guys! It's been--what?--3 days since Anime Evolution con ended? I thought I should get my ass into gear to at least do the writeup before 3 days becomes a week or something.... a-anyways.

Thursday - Prereg
After 3 pm, my friends and I booked it from our English Exams in school to VCEC (Vancouver Convention Exhibition Centre) to pick up our badges. We didn't cosplay but still had that building excitement hitting us finally? Met some friends I haven't seen in a while too! ;A; (like and )

Friday - Day 1
After finishing our math exams, my friends and I booked it to the con (again OTL). I cosplayed Ren Mihashi from Ookiku Furikabutte (Oofuri or Big Windup in English) and my friend went as Wilson from House, my friend Jomomo and brother didn't cosplay.

was m-my Abe for this con *___*, so we cosplayed Oofuri together. I bought an AbeMihashi poster [link] from Artist's Alley (AA) and an 8059 doujinshi by Ciel [link] in the dealers.

During walking through, I met -- who I didn't know was one of the few people that knew who I was cosplaying that day. *_* So that made me more happy that someone else knew. Then we talked about the Oofuri series a bit and how we wanted a 2nd season after Nishiura beat Tosei.. I then brought back with me to her table because I promised I'd come back to her xD. Uh, then took pics.

WHAT ELSE. Also hung out with for a good poriton of the con. Then not much. The rest of the day consisted of sitting down and doing nothing, really.. otl.

Saturday - Day 2
So my friends and I cosplayed from Reborn on this day -- orange jumpsuit (my deviation: Orange Flair). I'd have to say, this day started off to a good start *__* lots of photos and so comfortable to move in xD. Waiting for Hibari to get back from their martial arts stuff, Ryohei and I walked around the con/took photos.

The Reborn photoshoot was later that day around 5 pm-ish, and that went well too. My friends and I also met a lot of new people--a whole other Jumpsuit group but from Alberta *O* they were so nice! I miss them~ (We became con buddies? xD otl)

My small KHR crew stayed at the con later that night? Left around 11:15 pm. Got home around 12-ish or so O__O. Umm... then Kaizoku's dad picked her up with our Hibari from my house.

Sunday - Day 3
It was a slow morning/rest of the con, but it was still good *_*. That morning, I was fixing my friend's Domo cosplay on one of the couches while we were waiting for my Abe again (I was cosplaying Mihashi this time again). UMMM then when my Abe arrived, a Guest walked up to us and asked what series we were from.

So I told them Ookiku Furikabutte a.k.a. Oofuri. Then we found out that he did one of the voices from the dub (my character? xD). I still love the original more overall--but still I thought it was pretty cool for him to show up when we -never- expected it. *_*. Then he gave us his email so that we could send the pic that we took with him.

After that, my brother walked around in his Gir mascot costume while my friend in her Domo one. At around 1:30 my friend as Domo and I changed into our TYL arc Reborn cosplays and went to the photoshoot. xD Then we ate food after that.

The rest of the day consisted of being stupid in the emptying hallways. *_*

Oh man xD I miss AE!
I'm hoping next year won't uh.. be around exam time again. >> I was lucky this year, it worked out for me. (OTL stupid mood icon keeps freezing that it's stuck on exicted forever it seems for me atm xD)
